Rang SJK and the taxi was there within 5 minutes to collect me. A pleasant driver who chatted to me, and whom I felt safe with travelling as a lone female. I always use this company, as they are very reliable and value for money.

Great as ever, however the return journey ordered for 20.20 didn't call until 20.26 followed by another at 20.27. By the time we got out he was gone. Not great, we have been left in the rain for 20 minutes. Not happy, control said he'd been outside since 20.08... didn't see him and he didn't call.

Mohamed (car 33) performed perfectly. On time for our important trip to Leeds with elderly pals. Good driving and pleasant conversation. Clean, comfortable Lexus. Mohamed agreed to be available for the return trip and was bang on time and another faultless journey. We’ll done Mohamed and SJK staff who made this happen.
